Can exhibitors ship to the symposium?

Yes, see the below attachment for all things shipping.

Please Note:

  • Shipments can not arrive prior to Friday, August 1st, 2025
  • Shipment address should be for the West Campus
  • There is a FedEx Office across the street (address located in the attachment)
All outgoing shipments are the responsibility of the exhibitor to arrange return freight shipments as the center does not have a regular pickup service from UPS or FedEx.

      Poster sessions will be assigned the week prior to the symposium and assignments will be communicated via email. Due to the complexities of assigning the poster sessions, requests for specific days or times cannot be accommodated.
