• What materials are included for exhibitors?

  Each exhibitor will be given the following materials: Black Drape Exhibitor Tables: 8’x30” 2 Chairs Trash can See the attachment below to order items for your table (power, audio/visual, etc.). If you have questions, please contact meetings@aavmc.org

• Am I able to get a refund for my registration?

  A refund for registration may be issued if the cancellation is made by July 31, 2025.

• Am I able to register for a single-day for VSS?

  At this time, there is no option for a single-day registration. However, we do offer a guest registration option if someone wants to attend just the poster sessions.

• Are dual-degree students who are planning to attend the CD required to submit an abstract and display a poster at the VSS?

  The Combined Degree Colloquium registration has merged with the overall Veterinary Scholars Symposium and we welcome dual degree students to attend the Symposium after the close of their event. There is no requirement to participate in the poster and ...
