• What materials are included for exhibitors?

  Each exhibitor will be given the following materials: Drape 2 Chairs 6 ft table Trash can If you have questions or need anything more for your table, please contact kkimbrel@imnsolutions.com

• Am I able to get a refund for my registration?

  A refund for registration may be issued if the cancellation is made by August 1, 2024.

• Am I able to register for a single-day for VSS?

  At this time, there is not an option for a single day registration type.

• Are dual-degree students who are planning to attend the CD required to submit an abstract and display a poster at the VSS?

  The Combined Degree Colloquium registration has merged with the overall Veterinary Scholars Symposium and we welcome dual degree students to attend the Symposium after the close of their event. There is no requirement to participate in the poster and ...

• When will I be assigned my poster session?

  Poster sessions will be assigned the week prior to the symposium and assignments will be communicated via email. Due to the complexities of assigning the poster sessions, requests for specific days or times cannot be accommodated.
