In what order will posters be presented?

Presenters who are assigned an even number will present their poster first, for 45 minutes. Followed by presenters who are assigned an odd number. Who will then present their posters following the even numbered presenters.

    • When will registration open for VSS?

      Registration for VSS will open May 20, 2025.

    • When will I be assigned my poster session?

      Poster sessions will be assigned the week prior to the symposium and assignments will be communicated via email. Due to the complexities of assigning the poster sessions, requests for specific days or times cannot be accommodated.

    • When and where will VSS be held?

      Location: Spokane Convention Center, 334 W Spokane Falls Blvd, Spokane, WA 99201 Date: August 7–9, 2025

    • Will I earn CE credits for this event?

      There are no CE credits available for this meeting, however attendance may be a requirement of your summer program.

    • What materials are included for exhibitors?
