How can I cancel my registration?
Navigate to the registration site (Catalyze Website link) and click the Already Registered? link in the top right corner.
- Enter your registration confirmation number received via email.
- Contact meetings@aavmc.org, if you have any issues locating your registration number.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select 'Cancel Registration'
- Select 'Submit' to confirm registration cancellation
- You will receive a refund for your registration. Please see the cancellation policy below.
Cancellation Policy: AAVMC must receive notice of cancellation no later than 14 days prior to the first day of the conference to receive a full refund. Cancellations or no-shows after this date are not eligible for a refund.
