How can I cancel my registration?

Go back to the registration site here and click the Already Registered? link at the top right corner.

Enter your registration confirmation number received via email.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select 'Cancel Registration'
Select 'Submit' to confirm registration cancellation
You will receive a refund for your registration. Please see the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy: AAVMC must receive notice of cancellation no later than 14 days prior to the first day of the conference to receive a full refund. Cancellations or no-shows after this date are not eligible for a refund.
