• How much is registration?

  Registration pricing is as follows: VSS – Student: $425 VSS – Faculty: $600 Guest Registration: $50 Combined Degree Colloquium students will be provided a code to cover the cost of Colloquium registration.

  Registration for VSS will open May 20, 2025.

• Am I able to register for a single-day for VSS?

  At this time, there is no option for a single-day registration. However, we do offer a guest registration option if someone wants to attend just the poster sessions.

  You can cancel your reservation through the VSS registration site. You will find the option to cancel your reservation on your confirmation page.
